Greetabl is an online one-stop-shop for creatively-curated gifts and greetings that are personalized, packaged and sent in just a few clicks. The Greetabl team is based out of St. Louis, Missouri.
Greetabl is growing quickly and looking for a bright, motivated team member to focus on creating outstanding visual content and copy to grow their online community and serve their customers in a fun, engaging way. This position has major potential for the right candidate to grow alongside an exciting and differentiated consumer brand.
The right candidates will understand our brand and community intimately, and be able to effusively communicate interesting, on-brand content to our audience through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop engaging and beautiful visual content with attention to style, lighting, layout and composition on a daily basis for our social and organic channels that is in tune with our audience and brand voice.
- Create captions and various copy for multiple platforms from social media posts to emails.
- Create and maintain a forward-looking editorial calendar for content planning.
- Measure the effectiveness of organic campaigns and content activities and share with the team.
- Monitor comments and engage customers, fans, and followers to help foster loyalty, increase retention, and solve issues on various social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat.
- Work closely with other internal teams, such as Product and Merchandising, and external agencies and influencers to coordinate announcements, launches, and campaigns.
- Discover and anticipate trends important to our audience and share across the team.
- Create and share new ideas for customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- You are truly amazing at creating and publishing content, developing social media channels, and engaging customers online. You spend time getting your Instagram pictures just right, even if it means moving a plant or lamp shade to get just the right lighting. You don’t know what writer’s block is because you always have something to share.
- Your natural warmth and charm comes through effortlessly online.
- You are organized and pay attention to the little things–flawless spelling and grammar are a given!
- Strangers are your friends by default.
- You can calmly engage our online community in real time without detracting from your daily accomplishments.
- Curating a beautiful Instagram feed sounds too fun to you to be a job.
- You’re a whiz with your iPhone and (with a little editing) you can make gorgeous pictures that pop.
- You can pick up new platforms, technology, and skills quickly and enthusiastically.
- Big time plus: You’ve used a DSLR camera and you know your way around Adobe Photoshop.
- Major plus: You have experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
