Goop is looking for organized, motivated interns to join the team in the Santa Monica office for the Fall 2017 semester. This is an unpaid internship for school credit only. Candidates must commit to at least 2-3 full days per week in the Santa Monica office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Social Media Manager to draft copy
- Help manage scheduled posts for daily content across all social media platforms
- Learn how to shape our social media language
- Understand how to measure the impact of social media efforts through monitoring tools
- Support photo director during editorial and ecommerce photo-shoots
- General office tasks and operations
Requirements:
- Flexible, self-starting attitude
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once and to prioritize
- Excellent time management skills (works well on a deadline)
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Passionate about all things social media
- Strong knowledge of the goop brand
- Preferably marketing or journalism major, but not required
- Must be familiar with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat
