Editorial Intern

Goop is looking for organized, motivated interns to join us in our Santa Monica office for the Summer 2017 semester. This is an unpaid internship for school credit only. Candidates must commit to at least 2-3 full days per week in our Santa Monica office.

Responsibilities:

  • Proofread and fact-check stories
  • Enter city guide listings into WordPress
  • Pitch story ideas
  • Support editorial team with story planning and affiliate links
  • Support social media team with Pinterest boards and Instagram images
  • General office tasks and operations

    Requirements:

  • Flexible, self-starting attitude
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once and to prioritize
  • Excellent time management skills (works well on a deadline)
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Passionate about all things goop
  • WordPress or fact-checking experience is a plus
