You can always count on the beaches in California to provide the best selection of styles. This week I ran into this Fashionista at Venice Beach casually browsing the shops on the boardwalk. Unlike the rest of the crowd, she caught my eye with these mind-blowing trousers. The print is stylish but funky at the same time. It reminds me of the jungle which gives the outfit attitude and the boldness it needs to bring the look to life. The heels are also a personal favorite of mine. They are strappy and go perfectly with her trousers. This week’s Fashionista definitely makes me want to go out and buy a pair for myself.
It seems like this fall is going to be a bit more colorful than we have witnessed in previous years. Mixing and matching patterns is all the craze right now as Alexander Wang has revealed to us during this year’s New York Fashion Week. Instead of having subtle and natural colors for the coming season, it is all about being bold. The red lipstick on this Fashionista says just that. And, since Miley Cyrus stepped out multiple times with her high buns before deciding to shock the world with her pixie cut, it has become a chic fashion statement as well.
