Who says being intelligent and fashionable have to be mutually exclusive? Certainly not this week's Fashionista! With a daunting major like hers, senior Emily Freisleben has a free pass to wear sweatpants every day in my book. But she shows that being comfy and library-ready can be cute and trendy as well.
This Fashionista wore a denim shirt with leggings and a T-shirt. Her cuffed sleeves made the outfit cool for school, while her green shirt underneath does more than your average white Hanes. She topped off the look with a burnt-orange scarf, giving animal print accessories a new twist.
Name: Emily Freisleben

CollegeFashionista: How would you describe your style?
Emily Freisleben: I think I tend to find a way to add preppy flair to all the clothes I wear — even if studs are involved.
CF: If you could raid anyone's closet, celebrity or regular person, whose would it be?
EF: It would have to be Charlotte York from Sex and the City.
CF: If you could only shop at one store for the rest of your life, which would you choose?
EF: Anthropologie!
