It’s September and by now you would think everyone would be wearing jeans, boots and jackets, but it’s been quite hot here in Michigan so shorts and short sleeves it is! But this Fashionisto didn’t just throw on your everyday pair of shorts and a T-shirt. He sure did catch my eye with how put together he looked on this way to class. His patterned shirt was the first sign that he had to be in the FASHIONISTO SPOTLIGHT this week. Patterns are all the rage, but you don’t see men dabble in this trend as much as Fashionistas! While everyone carries their books in your everyday backpack, this stud carried a wool with leather trimmed men’s bag. Paired with his printted shirt he wore colored trouser shorts in a candy apple red. To add the perfect touch of class, he wore a silver cuff, similar to ones Hermès designed and a gold and silver watch that I later found out as a amazing thrifted find!
Name: Lance Brown
CollegeFashionista: Would you say that music influences your look at all?
Lance Brown: I would say that music doesn’t inspire my look, but what it does is influence my decisions for my wardrobe. Music is a great art form like fashion, therefore the influences are inevitable.
