This Marist student loves all things bohemian-inspired. I was immediately attracted to her kimono-inspired wrap and loved that she was a stand out Fashionista. Accenting her casually cool look with gold statement jewelry and a neutral cross-body bag really amps up this look.
Name: Kimberly Kaller
College Fashionista: How would you describe your personal style?
Kimberly Kaller: I would say that my style consists of a lot of bohemian and hippie pieces that I mix and match with basics to complete my look.
CF: Where do you get inspiration for the looks you put together?
KK: Most of my inspiration comes from street style. I like to spot trends in NYC and on campus; then, I like to try them out with my own twist. I also look at fashion blogs and Pinterest to get new ideas.
CF: What are some must-have pieces for your fall wardrobe?
KK: I’m definitely going to try out some leather looks this fall; I just got the coolest A-line perforated leather skirt. Another trend I am looking forward to trying this fall is wedge sneakers. They are casual enough for everyday wear but are slightly dressy too. Other than that, I am going for the classic fall staples like scarves and oversized sweaters.
CF: If you could have the closet of any celebrity or fashion trendsetter whose would it be?
KK: Rachel Zoe.
CF: Where are your favorite places to shop?
KK: I love going to consignment shops and finding unexpected items. I also love shopping at Urban Outfitters and Free People.
