Between pulling all nighters to finish your final papers and studying in the library for hours upon hours, the light at the end of the tunnel seems further and further away. However, these tough next couple of weeks can be done in style. This Fashionista gives us a great example of how to master finals week while staying comfortable and stylish. She is wearing loose fitting high-waisted floral pants with a simple purple crop top. Her outfit is complemented with an oversized denim jacket to keep her warm in the cool spring breezes. She adds detail to her outfit by wearing black cutout flats and a black cutout crop underneath. This is the perfect outfit for staying comfortable and stylish during finals week.

CollegeFashionista: With finals and the semester coming to an end, do you feel like what you wear isn’t something you worry about?
Keara Price: I definitely have more important things to worry about like my finals and projects but I don’t think that means I have to look like a bum. I think you can still look cute even while you’re studying. I’m actually going to work on a project right now.
CF: Where do you get inspiration from at this time of year when everything is moving so fast with trying to meet deadlines and studying for hours?
KP: I think the weather is my inspiration. It’s finally nice outside and it feels great after the rough winter we had. I’m not going to waste the chance to wear my spring clothes just because I have a ton of stuff going on right now. And especially with stores putting out their spring and summer clothes it’s hard not to dress for the weather.
CF: What is your favorite season to dress for?
KP: The spring definitely because of how happy everything is. The colors are bright, it’s finally warm out and there are just so many great patterns out right now that it makes getting dressed exciting.
How To: Flowy pants are in right now and are flattering for all body shapes. They are super comfortable and work well for the perfect spring outfit. These printed trousers from Zara are awesome and can pair with a simple black or white crop top. This style also works well with shorts. These Passport to Paradise shorts from Forever 21 are super fun and can be transformed from a comfortable outfit for studying, to a funky outfit for a night out. Check out these Chinese Laundry flats which would look great with either of these bottoms!
