Whenever I have one of those days where outfit selection is a struggle, I know I can always default to black and white. This color combination is undeniably the most versatile option when it comes to pairings on the color wheel as it goes with almost anything. The key is to pair it with the right accessories to avoid looking too basic. I spotted this Fashionista as she was on her way to a job interview and thought that she couldn’t have looked better. Black and white prints can often appear contrast-y and intense, but the busy pattern on this dress doesn’t look overdone due to her smart accessory choices. The simplicity of the black bag and black booties complement the intricacy of the dress perfectly. This Fashionista’s look shows us that black and white never goes out of style and can make you look classy for any event, especially a job interview!

How To: Update the black and white in your wardrobe with a wild print like Gina wears. Wear it with your favorite fall booties and dress it down with a casual oversized bag. To avoid looking basic in black and white, pair your ensemble with your favorite long necklace, like Gina’s chain.
