Fashionista Spotlight

For winter break I went back home to the East Coast. For my final week back home, I decided to spend it in the Big Apple; New York City. With my luck, I arrived the same time as a couple of my old friends, a blizzard and an arctic blast. The harsh winds and slippery sidewalks were washed out with white and then I saw this Fashionista brightening up the street in her colorful outerwear. It’s often difficult to insert your fashion sense deep into the winter. Winter is a time to dress warm and most of those jackets are black and blah, but this Fashionista knows how color can punch up an outfit and liven up a street.
