Fashionista Spotlight

Whether you were in finals week last week or you are in the midst of them this week, I don’t have to remind you of the sleep depravity, the taste of ramen at two a.m. or the lack of wanting to get up early and put on that cute outfit. Finals week is that special time when fashion seems to go out the window. But do you have to give up your fashion flair for finals? This Fashionista shows us we don’t have to!

Name: Chelsea Thacker

Major: Nursing

Year: Junior

CollegeFashionista: What is your guilty pleasure when it comes to fashion?

Chelsea Thacker: Shoes. Of any kind. It used to be purses, but not so much anymore.

CF: How would you describe your style?

CT: I love neutrals and earthy tones. I would also say comfy and cozy would describe me. As a nursing major, I tend to find myself curled up studying at the end of the day, so I like to be dressed for that.

CF: What would you be never caught wearing?

CT: Bright colors. I will stick with my low tones!

How To: This Finals Fashionista is set to go with her dark jeans with a cozy cream sweater and scarf. Make everyone jealous as you are acing that final with a cute scarf that has a little bling! Stay warm in a slouchy sweater, and if you decide to forgo a shower for a few more minutes in the books, grab this hat to hide your finals hair! So whenever the last week of the semester falls, continue to rock it out with a comfy but cute outfit.
