My favorite spring item is a long drape sweater just like the one this Fashionista is sporting. This cute cream sweater can go with just about anything in one’s wardrobe. I love how this Fashionista paired it with her sorority mint floral T-shirt to make her outfit really pop! The suede booties that match the sweater tie together the whole outfit perfectly.

CollegeFashionista: What are you wearing today?
Beth Belecki: I’m wearing a sorority shirt by Greek supply, a Rubbish cardigan from Nordstrom, leggings from T.J. Maxx and Sam Edelman booties.
CF: How would you describe your style?
BB: My style changes all the time, but I would say my overall style is classic with an edge. I like to buy a lot of basic pieces along with statement pieces and mix and match them into different outfits with different moods.
CF: How has your style evolved since being in college?
BB: My style has evolved SO much since being in college. My style senior year is a lot more mature and chic as opposed to sassy and cute when I first came to Central. I wear a lot more casual loose fitted clothes and figure complementing clothes than I did 3 years ago
CF: What is your favorite spring trend?
BB: I have two favorite spring trends, first is wide legged pants. I’ve been staring at mine cooped up in my drawer all winter and can’t wait to wear them again. Second is heeled booties, I can’t get enough of them, they complete every outfit.
CF: What occasions do you dress up for during the week?
BB: I tend to dress up on days when I wake up and I need to get myself in a good mood. Especially if I have a long day ahead of me, dressing up a bit always improves my overall mood for that day. I’ll also dress up if I have something to go to at night or later in the day so I’m already set for that event.
CF: If you could raid anyone’s closet who would it be and why?
BB: If I could raid anyone’s closet it would be the fashion blogger, Sincerely Jules. Her style has so many different moods and she pulls them together effortlessly. Her style is a perfect mixture of bohemian, casual and chic all in one, and I envy how amazing her closet must be.
CF: What are your favorite stores to shop at?
BB: My favorite stores are Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, ASOS, H&M, Nordstrom, random Australian boutiques I find on blogs and Instagram and I do a lot of thrift shopping. I also love to online thrift shop on the shopping app Poshmark and places like Amazon and eBay.
How To: To incorporate this ensemble into one’s wardrobe try sticking with light pastels and pairing them with neutral and dark tones to get a great pop of excitement! Overly big baggy sweaters will grab anyone’s attention especially paired with some great booties.
