With great regret I must say that August has come. Summer is coming to an end, and so is the summer semester internship with CollegeFashionista. But, I choose to be happy until that happens and not think about it! My goal was to end this internship on a high note and make readers smile. So I found a Fashionista, who’s not afraid of a little sarcasm in her look. And, oh boy, what a look it is.
I can’t really decide whether the center piece of the look is her gorgeous red hair or the hilarious Robert Pattinson T-shirt but I absolutely love both. I’m not quite ready to dye my hair though, but I would love to get one of these amazing Eleven Paris mustache tees.
To be honest, I have never really liked the combination of heels and boyfriend jeans, but I have to admit it does give an extra chicness to the look. I am a big fan of her high-heeled sandals. They look really comfy, versatile and the heel is very modern. For more daring Fashionistas, I would suggest a pair of transparent heeled shoes. I hope I’ll be able to add such a pair of heeled boots to my closet this fall too.
Going through my previous posts, I noticed that I have been ranting on and on about shoes and accessories and almost not a single word about bags. Well, sorry, I am not changing that. I bet every one of us has such a bag that is roomy, simple and goes with everything. But the necklace, well, the necklace is something we all should have in our closet. Golden chain accessories have been a massive must-have this summer and I am sure it will continue on in fall, where it’ll look especially chic paired with a moss green, knitted jumper. Be sure to also have cool variations of it; for example, with fox or elephant head detailing.
Don’t forget that little details have a massive impact on your look. That’s why I particularly liked how this Fashionista (intentionally or unintentionally) had matched her nail polish to the color of the seam lining. And a classic shade of red is always on point and smart!
Have a great end of the summer and I hope to see you again in fall!
