FASHION FROM ABROAD: Dots on Dots on Dots!

I love when people can be both fashionable and warm during a cold season. It shows me that you can actually put the effort into finding a coat that can do both. It was a cold day here in Ireland when this Fashionista chose to wear a long sleeve top with a sheer, polka-dotted panel.

Channeling her inner Audrey Hepburn, this Fashionista wore all black and completed her look by adding a pop of color in her makeup. With black pants from American Eagle Outfitters and a pair of high-top Adidas, this Fashionista was ready for the European weather.

Growing up in the Midwest, I like to say that we are prepared to adapt to any weather no matter the situation. Upon coming to Ireland and rediscovering 50-degree weather again, it was a good time to bring out the jean jackets and blanket scarves. Little did we know that that weather would change in three days time. Around Wednesday, the weather matched that of Chicago making it a little cold with overcast.

Despite the weather, this Fashionista kept her look simple and chic with a blue Vince Camuto coat. Sleek and ready to go, she was ready to explore what the city had to offer.

Venturing around Ireland, it has come to my attention that the Fashionistas/os here exude confidence. Whether they’re wearing a blush tone coat with leopard print boots or all black with a bold lip like this Fashionista, they make you want to dress to impress.

This Fashionista has taught me that no matter the weather, you can still be comfortable and cute. It doesn’t matter what country you live in. All that matters is that you feel confident in what you’re wearing.
