During the last month of living abroad in Switzerland, the weather has changed drastically. From early January to early April, a heavy winter coat was needed for every outing. However, towards the end of my time abroad, the weather warmed up and I was able to get by with just a few layers on. Personally, my outfits revolved around this light denim jacket that I picked up from one of my last trips to Zara.
Though the weather definitely warmed up in the last few weeks, living close to the water meant a cool breeze still managed to permeate the air at night. Thus, many Fashionistas/os in our study abroad program resulted to wearing layers and, in particular, styled their outfits with denim jackets.
As we approach warmer weather, a denim jacket is the perfect transitional addition to any wardrobe. A denim jacket can be worn with practically anything. For Fashionistas, a denim jacket can compliment a summer dress, some airy shorts or a chic maxi skirt. For Fashionistos, a denim jacket can be paired with some summer shorts or a classic pair of jeans, just as the Fashionisto below shows us!
