There are so many twists and turns that you can make to top off any outfit. This week's Fashionista is an excellent example of this philosophy. By pairing similar hues with funky accessories, her ensemble caught my eye right away.
Her graphic t-shirt was the very first piece to catch my eye. The edginess of the subtle skeleton peaking out from behind her vest was an exciting touch. This “Moonstache” shirt would be adorable on anyone, and we all know how big the mustache trend is growing around us.
With the fall season coming in with a bang, rocking a beanie is another must-do. Personally, I am a big fan of any winter hat, and Roxy offers a huge selection of different colors and styles to choose from. One similar to this Fashionista’s is this pretty green hat that would make a colorful statement all the way across campus. Whether wearing a hat to keep warm, or just because you’re feeling the pull of an awesome accessory, you will always look adorable.
Another piece to this Fashionista’s look are her turquoise pants. A huge fall phenomenon this semester are colored pants, and this Fashionista is certainly ahead of the curb. Her pants add a little flare and edginess to her look, simply through the addition of a pop of color. These similar looking pants from Urban Outfitters are absolutely amazing. Whether you’re going for a more “hardcore” look like this Fashionista by working a black vest, or something more simple like a baggy cream sweater and boots you are sure to get compliments on these hot pants.
Don’t be afraid to make a statement and mix and match your look, you are bound to get more head turns when breaking the rules, rather than obeying them all the time. So, get a little hardcore sometimes and look hot while doing it!
