Zero: The number of calories in water. I know, I know, everyone says how great water is for you. But seriously, drinking water improves your health, mind and (for you vein folks) appearance like in a million magical ways. Try adding fun combinations like lemon and ginger or grapefruit and rosemary to your water bottle and thank me later.

One: The number of friends you need to have a gym buddy. Gym-timidation is a real thing. But having a friend to face the jungle of meat heads and mysterious machines with will not only ease your fear, but also keeps you accountable.

Two: The number of ingredients in a Lärabar. Dates and cashews. That’s it. Who knew something so simple and healthy could be seriously so delicious?

Three: The number of sections in Khloé Kardashian’s new book, “Strong Looks Better Naked.” Her story, tips and recipes are actually super insightful on how to start living a healthier life. (And if that isn’t motivation enough, have you seen her on Instagram lately?)

Five and half: The number of minutes in our favorite workout/pump up jam of all time—”Lose Yourself” by Eminem.

Six: The number of minutes in an average savasana (you know—the little meditation/nap pose at the end of the yoga class that is seriously the best thing ever). Hello motivation to get your downward dog on!

Eight: The number of hours of sleep you should be getting a night. We know how easy it is to say “Only one more episode,” but swapping Scandal for sleep is imperative for your mind, body and overall health.

12: The number of stairs in a single flight. And look who just turned your lecture hall into a free gym? (You’re welcome.)

33: The number of dollars of these super adorable leggings cost. These babies will look just as good at the gym as they will after while enjoying that post-sweat green juice with your besties.

45: The number of minutes you should unplug before bed. Get off SnapChat and pick up a book, meditate or even journal. Taking time away from your devices is not only important for your mental health, but also aids in better sleep and reduces anxiety.
