As February comes to a close and spring starts to appear so do the flowers. Florals have always been one of my favorite parts of the spring. With so many different patterns to chose from each Fashionista is able to pick a piece that fits her personal style. Flowery prints are a great to pair with neutrals or even bright colors for a bolder look. Incorporating some flowers into your closet can be a great and easy way to bring clothes back from the dark winter.
The floral trend can even be used with your accessories. This Fashionista displays this perfectly. She pairs her pink and tan rose print shirt with light pink daisy style earrings. The earrings are subtle in color but do not lack in style. If you don’t have the time to change, these earrings are perfect from going to day to night. You can get them just about anywhere from Forever 21 to Kate Spade. They are demure enough for the daytime but have enough flash to class up an outfit for a night out. Floral style clothing and accessories have been around for decades. I have a pair of daisy earrings like this week’s Fashionistas and I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten. They were my grandmother’s cocktail earrings from the 1950s, demonstrating that this trend is timeless.
You may not think that florals are for you but I can guarantee you can find some that will make you want to smell the roses.
