BEAUTY BAR: Graduation Glam

As the end of the semester approaches, life as we know it turns into a frenzy. Libraries are packed with an abundance of procrastinating students. Everyone’s busy applying to summer internships, making plans, and—of course—the senior class will be receiving their diplomas, aka: a ticket to reality. Among the stress and hectic feel of the campus, there’s one thing to look forward to and that’s the glam that comes with graduation! From finding shoes that pop below your shimmering blue gown to dewy makeup looks that even Patrick Starr would envy.

My Fashionista’s beauty look was simplistic and fresh, perfect for a new era as a graduating senior. Her graduation look is a soft glam which accentuated her features beautifully. She started off with a light foundation to keep her skin looking as natural as possible. She applied a soft cream blush to the apples of her cheeks and highlighted the bridge of her nose and her cheekbones. She added depth to the look lightly filling in her brows and contouring softly with powder. She finished off the look with a rose lid, winged liner, and a glossy cream lipstick.

My Fashionista wanted to keep her look as fresh as possible, emulating her “no makeup” makeup look. Of course her face was the center of attention, so setting spray is a must! Once her look was complete my Fashionista paired it with a white lace, baby doll dress including her pastel pink nails and nude heels.

Her look was a vision among hundreds of girls in white; when it comes to this spring look, less is definitely more!
