This palette provides the lights and darks to complete a look. By using light on the eye lid and brow bone, the dark color in the crease stands out. As for tools, brushes are the best. A favorite brand is TIGI. Brushes can come from anywhere with a range of prices. Target provides e.l.f. brand at a reasonable price, while TIGI provides more expensive ones that can be ordered online. Use an angle brush to put on eyeliner, or Liner/shadow. Wet the shadow and then use the brush as eyeliner. For the final touches of this look, spray Urban Decay’s makeup setting spray. This prevents any smudging or rub off during the day.
