Hey fashion lovers, are you seeking affordable ways to look fashionable and trendy? Then you’re in the right place! My name is Ariel Danser and I will be representing Montclair State University as a Style Guru for CollegeFashionista. Although I may be a freshman, I have a fresh eye for fashion. Fashion is everything to me; one outfit can change your life! Since I was a little girl, I’ve always looked for different outfits that would make me stand out and look great. Knowing that fashion is what I loved most, I decided to become a Fashion Studies major at Montclair State. Being involved in my school’s fashion club brings me new ideas each week, which I incorporate into my very large and growing wardrobe.
When getting dressed, each outfit is different from the one before it. I have grown to become open to all types of fashion trends, and I’ve definitely tried plenty. Living close to the city that never sleeps does that to people; trends change from day to night. Fashion is about experimenting with different colors and trends. It might get to be expensive, but there are simple ways you can be fashionable without burning a hole through your pocket. Spring can be a very tricky season with cold winds, rainy days and those occasional sunny days; it’s like four seasons in one! I can’t wait to see what Montclair State students have hidden in their wardrobes this semester as I hunt each week for a Fashionista or Fashionisto.
