I mean, seriously, is it not evident? We’ve got to give this girl some props for looking so chic, regardless of the temperature. Even I’m guilty of throwing on a pair of sweatpants and having that “I can’t even” attitude when checking the weather, but this Fashionista’s style only increases when the temperatures plummet.
