With every passing day, I see more and more colors forming on the trees here in Athens, Ohio. Do you know what that means? That means it is fall. Fall is finally here, and girls across the country could not be more excited. For some reason, fall fashion trumps every other seasons wardrobe options, and I am not complaining because there is nothing more comfortable than throwing on a pair of cute leggings, basic top and a vest before class. We need to hold on to every day of fall that we are given because before we know it…it is going to be mighty hard to get out of bed and embrace the negative ten degree weather, which blesses us here at Ohio University in the winter months.
This Fashionista sure knows how to rock the perfect fall outfit. A furry vest has the potential to spice up any outfit. It also has potential to turn a totally boring plain T-shirt dress into something way more! I guarantee you that all eyes will be on her as she walks down the street in this show-stopping vest . A vest is just one way to mix up one of your very basic articles of clothing. You could add a scarf or a statement necklace, and the outfit would have potential to look completely different!  I am all for outfit repeating, as long as nobody notices, and this is just the way to trick people into thinking you have endless amounts of outfits. You’ll be the envy of every Fashionista out there! This outfit would work for just about anything! You could wear it to class, date night or for a girl’s night out.
This Fashionista completes her effortlessly cute fall ensemble with a simple cream long sleeved T- shirt dress that she purchased at Figleaf here in Athens. To add to her look, she wears knee-high boots to cover her “not-so-summery” tanned legs anymore!
How To: This fall mix it up. Instead of going for the classic puffy vest, go for the fur. A fur vest will make you stick out in the group, and all eyes will be on you! A trick to make your vest really stand out is to have the rest of your outfit be quite simple. The simpler the better in this rare case—make your vest pop!
