After all, we’ve all heard the old saying about how accessories can make or break a look. But this fabulous Fashionista’s accessories definitely make her outfit a major hit.
Instead of donning the traditional fall must-have by wearing a hat, this Fashionista got creative and opted for a headscarf instead. Headscarves are one of the few accessories that are classy, romantic and mysterious all at once. They are a great idea for your hair, especially for the colder months. They are so versatile and can be worn so many different ways. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but they can also keep your head warm while hiding a bad hair day.
I love how she additionally spices up her outfit—which is essentially just comprised of a basic tank top and a pair of jeans—by adorning herself with some intricately beaded jewelry. Her chandelier earrings and chunky beaded necklace paired with the headscarf really make the outfit and give it a strong bohemian edge. This is a great example of how just a few accessories can completely change up your look.
How To: If you love this Fashionista’s headscarf as much as I do, you can recreate the look. All you need is a nice long silk or satin scarf, which you could easily find at any boutique department stores. Fold the scarf several times until you get the width you prefer and lay it over your hairline. Then knot the scarf at the base of your neck and you’re done! If you want a super boho look, don’t forget the pair your scarf with lots of chunky bracelets and necklaces!
