A key accessory for any Fashionista/o during the Fall season is a beanie hat. The beanie hat was originally a beanie cap made for boys in the early 20th century, but as I have expressed in other articles I’ve written, looking in the guys section for inspiration is never a bad thing!
Beanies are both fashionable and functionable. They keep your head nice and warm during the crisp fall months that slowly turn to winter, and they also allow you to be stylish at the same time. Sometimes you can even express how you’re really feeling with a trendy graphic beanie, but I’ll get to that later on.
Beanies are a nice element for a casual look on any day of the week. Whether it’s a Sunday morning spent in Manhattan, or a cold day at school, I personally believe it’s the new fall “it” accessory. Out with the infinity scarves and in with the beanies I say!
In this outfit, my beanie allowed me to add a pop of color to my wardrobe, but still allowed me to maintain a consistent color theme of black, white and grey. I loved my outfit and I was super comfortable (and warm) all day long.

Pair this cute ribbed green beanie or this Pom Beanie with a comfy pair of ripped jeans and a sweater to perfect this fall casual look. You could even express yourself with this graphic “You Can’t Sit With Us” beanie and a leather jacket for a more edgy look.
