As we bring in the New Year, we also usher in the windy, frigid winter months back here in good ole Happy Valley. If you’re like me—and most likely countless others—the cold weather is your ultimate enemy. It makes getting out of your snug, cozy bed that much harder. This calls for many of us to throw on our bulky parkas and snow boots. This fashion statement is seen way too often on the streets of State College. So let’s switch up the look and add some awesome accessories!
This Fashionista rocked this chic, all-black winter look. When in doubt, you can never go wrong with wearing all-black and adding colorful accessories to give it a tasteful look. With her black over-the-knee boots paired with stockings for warmth, she looked stylish yet comfortable. This Fashionista channeled her inner Blaire Waldorf with her trendy black coat and her oversized sunglasses. Under her coat, she wore a black cowl neck sweater. She substituted her parka with a furry black garment that complements the rest of her outfit perfectly. I absolutely love the pink purse she incorporated to add color to this ensemble.
With the New Year comes new resolutions. Make your new resolution a commitment to always dress to impress, even through these harsh winter months.
