ALL IN THE DETAILS: Adidas x Yeezy

Between Adidas and Nike, Adidas has really stepped its game up. They’ve had collaborations with Rick Owens, Raf Simons, Stan Smith, Pharrell Williams, Y-3, Rita Ora, Stella McCartney, Topshop, A Bathing Ape, Jeremy Scott, and now Kayne West.

The collaboration with Yeezy secured the boost for Adidas. We don’t pretend to understand Kayne West. Kayne West does have an effect on fashion from his music to his sense of style.

When he started going after faded neutrals and desert boots, everyone’s obsession with the Nike Roshe look-alike Yeezy Boosts by Adidas began. It’s crazy that they sell out within one minute from the time they release.

He described the collection as “solutions-based,” a concept that’s much easier to understand when you know the inspiration behind it. Legos, the colorful blocks you played with when you were in preschool, played an unlikely influence on the neutral-colored activewear. “I don’t want the clothes to be the life. I want the clothes to help the life,” Kayne explained.

Yes, for this look this is most definitely Yeezy tour merch. The combination of an oversized camo trench coat, black skinny jeans with zippers, long sleeve gray T-shirt, and Yeezy Boosts screams Pablo. These are the fifth Yeezy Boost 350 shoes to come out.

Have you heard rumors about the new Yeezy Boost 350s releasing this February 2017? Not only one release but two releases in the month of Febuary. Yes, it has been confirmed that the new black Yeezy Boost 350s will be releasing  this February 11th and the V2 Zebra February 25th. Looks like Adidas is already taking over the year 2017.
