Spring break is now well on its way and coeds all over can’t help but dream of the warmer temperatures ahead. Sadly, after we come back to campus from the beach we realize we have a long way to go until we hit the long dog days of summer. While we patiently wait for those hot days of summer to roll around, you can rock your shorts now in the chilly months.
I spotted this Fashionista rocking an adorable pair of pastel blue shorts with a bow detail. She layered a pair of striped tights underneath her shorts to keep her warm, an off the shoulder top to show a little bit of skin, a Parisian-chic beret, stacked bracelets and moccasins to finish off her eclectic look.
Whenever I layer a pair of tights under my shorts, I always like to go with a pair of patterned tights to add more dimension to an ensemble. This leopard print tight from ASOS or this floral lace tight from Forever 21 would look fabulous underneath a pair of your go-to summer staple.
Warmer weather is slowly but surely approaching. Don’t let the colder temperatures discourage you from rocking your beloved summer pieces now!
