The first colors that pop into my head when I think about the summertime are yellow and orange. Yes, partly because those are the common sun colors, but also because they are bright and happy colors that reflect on the illuminated and beaming faces that I see. Although colors come and go throughout the seasons, such as the vibrant neon colors, a sunshiny outfit like this one will always be a hit in the summer.
This Fashionista is spotted wearing a simplified jungle print dress with a complimentary turquoise statement necklace. Orange and blue work off of each other well as they give off a tropical color scheme that lights up any outfit. This style dress is unique because it has a tee-shirt top half paired with an elegant bottom half that create a breezy and casual look yet also a sophisticated and sleek look. This Fashionista has chosen to dress it down a bit with a genuine leather cross-body bag with detailed imprints on it. These details enhance the individuality of the outfit as not everyone will be able to find a bag like this because it is the type that is being sold in local markets by local artisans. Coupled with the bag is a lovely blue necklace that is a fun jumble of different shades of blues and silvers.
This chunky necklace is one of the more casual on the grand scale of statement necklaces because it is set in a thick silver base. Although silver can obviously be dressed up, it actually adds to the down-to-earth tones that are exuding from the outfit. In order to dress this outfit up, you could add layered gold necklaces or a pair of nude colored wedges. This dress can go either way: fancy or fancy-free, and it is your choice to decide how you will accessorize it towards one of these categories!
