This Fashionista is in high spirits because of the warmer weather. She is ready for spring with her adorable sunglasses! Her outfit is simple and classic, but the heart-shaped lenses on her sunglasses add a fun twist. I also love how she cuffed her skinnies and wore high-heeled black booties. It makes her outfit versatile for day and night!

During this spring break, try out sunglasses with a different shaped lens than you might usually wear. If you’re a fan of this Fashionista’s shades, check out a BP. Nordstrom pair of tortoiseshell heart sunglasses. Always wear aviators? Go for a cat eye lens like these black CRAP Eyewear sunglasses. Or try a retro pair if you’re stuck on oversized round lenses. I love these Steve Madden animal print ones.  While every girl needs that perfect pair of sunglasses that she loves, it’s also fun to mix it up every once in awhile.

Additionally, every girl needs the right pair of black booties. Whether they’re a wedge, platform or regular high heel, black booties go with just about anything. I’ve worn my black wedge booties with pants, dresses and skirts. They’re my go-to shoe for going out and are, in my opinion, the LBD of the shoe department.

Spotted: Unconventional shades were seen in Prabal Gurung’s and Stella McCartney’s spring 2014 ready-to-wear collections. Both made their sunglasses of the season in multiple colors to match the different looks in their show. If you think the heart lenses are funky then take a look at these!
