The weather is changing and my absolute favorite fall item is now ready to be worn: boots! When I saw this Fashionista in her combat boots, I knew she was geared up for a very fashionable season. Just as actual combat boots help the military to better do a job, the fashion industry’s version of combat boots has Fashionistas/os able to tackle just about anything.
I love combat boots because they are so versatile. They work well with jeans, as this Fashionista demonstrates. They can also be paired with dresses, skirts and so much more. I’ve seen them flawlessly pulled off with shorts before. Combat boots in neutral colors are amazing because they can be a go-to shoe for any outfit, regardless of the color palette. I especially love anything in a camel color, like this Fashionista’s boots, because camel is a color that can look nice with black or brown. However, if you’re addicted to combat boots like me, then you probably will want them in camel, black and brown.
Combat boots have been the fall wardrobe staple for the past couple of years now, so it’s great to see everyone bringing theirs out and seeing what other accessories they decide to pair with them. The Fashionista I photographed loves pairing scarves, sunglasses and fun pieces of jewelry with hers. The vibe she gave off when photographed was definitely glamorous and sassy. The pink shirt, sunglasses and long waves along with her boots made a glamorous, sassy outfit possible.
Combat boots have the ability to give an outfit any vibe. Think of it as their superpower, here to save the day. Put them with a chunky sweater and you have comfort and ease with flair. Put them with a floral dress for a country, romantic look. Bottom line: Put them with anything to achieve a look you’ve never had with any other shoe.
Fall accessories are so much fun with a great boot as the base. Combat boots only look better as they are worn in and loved, so I can guarantee you that as long as you have some this fall, they’ll do the trick and you’ll be in for a real treat (yay, Halloween!).
