Happy 2014 Fashionista/os! Now that the new year is in full swing, that only means one thing… spring semester is upon us all. Although we have not been graced by warm weather just yet, that does not mean we cannot go back to school in style! One of the hardest struggles for a fellow Fashionista/o is simply figuring out what to wear on the first day of class. But please, do not be worried because I am here and ready to throw the most fabulous accessories your way to help make your look stand out this semester!
Neutral colors are probably my favorite colors to work with when it comes to fashion. Simple shades and hues of white, black, ivory and brown can help set the base tone of any look. However, this time we’re going to think a little bit more outside of the box. This stylish Fashionista pairs a neutral ivory toned bag with an all black outfit to complete her chic look. Although her scarf adds a pop of color, her ivory tote brings the whole look together in a more polished and classy way.
Handbags, tote bags and purses not only add a bit of glam to a look, but are also suitable for a busy college student on the go. This Fashionista shows off the best size for a tote bag that is useful for a student. You can literally store your life in it, while looking glamorous at the same time. Being a college student can be very hard at times, especially when you are living on a budget. Instead of purchasing high-end bags that we see on the runway, this Fashionista reminds us that we can always find bargain deals through designers who collaborate with lower cost retailers.
As we go trudge off to our classes and grab a coffee on the go, let me remind you that the warmer weather is right around the corner! So for this upcoming spring season, I challenge my fellow Fashionista/os to find a neutral bag and work your strut while going to class. Have fun and play with the many colors of spring, because no matter what, your bag will bring the look together and keep you looking chic and fabulous always!
