Obviously, I’m always on the lookout for an eye-catching accessory. Most recently though I feel like I have a lot of back-stock pictures with sort of “one hit wonders.” Ensembles with one really neat accessory but not much more detail surrounding it for support. Of course the Fashionistas I find always look absolutely fabulous, but I think it’s super important this week to focus on someone who really knows how to weave an outfit together.
From the cute hearts on her blouse to the pop of color on her toes, this Fashionista did not just throw herself together in the morning. Her look has clearly been pieced layer by layer with attention to detail at every step. I especially would like to shed some light on the color popping flats she wears. The shoes add a very J.Crew touch. I find myself constantly mulling over my shoes when I finish up an outfit. Even when I put on my oxfords I contemplate the way the tan looks at times. But why bother question an attention-grabbing shoe any longer? It’s so perfectly exemplified that a contrasting color flat can only add even more exceptional aspect to your look.
Her clean and detailed style involves a lot of fundamental pieces. The leather jacket she’s sporting isn’t just an inexpensive, seasonal piece. If I can give you any advice, invest in a nice fall coat. It’s so important to have a good jacket. Something clean yet super versatile like leather or denim. Say she threw on an even simpler outfit, that leather jacket could easily bring it all together while giving it a touch of flavor.
Try keeping things clean. Add bold, yet simple shoes to your outfit and add a pretty watch to be a your central jewel. Although grunge and accessorized layers are the main focus right now, remember how perfect a clean, classy look can be.
