Every season, we look forward to the new trends sprouting up—and fall is not exception. From cropped denim to velvet to unique flats, this season is sure to be a fashionable one.

The one problem with trends, however, is that they aren’t one size fits all personal styles. While, yes, as a lover of fashion you can appreciate a look. But if it doesn’t speak to you, then trying to make it work for the sake of fitting in negates the purpose of personal style in the first place.
